Dear LISD Parents,

 

As a parent of an LISD elementary through high school student, we invite you to join the newly formed Lovejoy Gifted Association (LGA), a support and advocacy group for our talented and gifted students.

 

The Lovejoy Gifted Association is committed to: 

• Supporting and creating expanded opportunities for the education of gifted students of all ages and their families,

• Locating, utilizing and creating resources for educational opportunities for all persons interested in gifted and talented education and

• Serving as an advocate in supporting local, state and national legislative programs that benefit education for gifted students.

Membership fees for the academic year are $20.00 for a Family Membership, $10.00 for an LISD staff member Family Membership.   Please fill out the Membership form and mail it to Lovejoy Gifted Association, 2350 Estates Parkway, Lucas, TX 75002.
