Lovejoy ISD is preparing students for a future that is widely characterized as one of change and increasing dependence on technology, particularly information technology. To enhance career potential and the ability to be lifelong learners in such a future requires that the LISD ensure that information technology and technology instruction are available to support learning for students, teachers, and administrators.
The Lovejoy ISD will incorporate technology as a natural part of education through an integrated, comprehensive framework to govern acquisition, application, and evaluation of technological resources to ensure that all of the LISD students will have an opportunity to develop lifelong learning skills necessary to be productive citizens in an information-driven, global society.
