Biography

Kari Sharpe just completed her 26th year in education.  She spent 18 years teaching 2nd-5th grades and the last 8 years as an instructional coach.   Kari attended Texas Tech University where she received her B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies and she is currently finishing her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at the University of North Texas.  Kari is passionate about growing students into leaders of tomorrow.  

 

Kari lives in Prosper, Tx with her husband Stephen and her two children.   Her oldest Kannon will be a senior at Prosper High School and a Tuba player in the Mighty Eagle Marching Band.  Her daughter Kallie will be a freshman and is a member of the Prosper Talonettes.  She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids perform, watching a good documentary and cheering on her Red Raiders.  
 
Kari’s mission is to partner with all stakeholders in Lovejoy ISD in order to inspire learning at high levels for ALL students.
