Lovejoy ISD is proud to announce Tiffany Leech as the new principal of Puster Elementary School.
Ms. Leech joins Lovejoy ISD from Tibbals Elementary School in Wylie ISD, where she has served as campus principal for the past three years. She is a seasoned educator with extensive campus leadership experience and a strong commitment to fostering a positive, student-centered culture focused on high levels of learning for all students. Bringing 14 years of experience in public education, Ms. Leech has held leadership and instructional roles including, principal, assistant principal, and classroom teacher.
Superintendent Kordel shared excitement for Puster Elementary, stating, “Ms. Leech’s genuine passion for students and unwavering commitment to excellence make her an exceptional fit for the Puster Elementary School community. We are excited to welcome her to Lovejoy ISD and look forward to the positive impact she will have on students, staff, and families.”
Ms. Leech is a proud Aggie, having earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University.
Outside of school, Ms. Leech enjoys spending time with her husband, Mason, and their three children, McKenna (7), Maylee (5), and Tyler (3). When they aren’t cheering for Coach Leech on the Lovejoy baseball field, they love traveling together, movie nights, and collecting Disney park popcorn buckets. As longtime supporters of Lovejoy ISD, they are especially excited for their daughters to become Leopards next year.
