Lovejoy ISD is proud to announce the promotions of three outstanding leaders whose dedication, expertise, and commitment to Lovejoy ISD continue to make a difference for our students, staff, and families.

Jamie Flemmer on her promotion to Principal of Lovejoy Child Development Center. Jamie has devoted 24 years to education, including the past 22 years in public education. Her passion for early childhood education, thoughtful leadership, and unwavering commitment to our youngest learners have been evident throughout her time serving as Coordinator of Lovejoy Child Development Center. Ms. Flemmer’s genuine care for children, families, and staff has made a lasting difference, and we are excited to see her continue leading with the same warmth and dedication under a new title. 

Stephani Kranz on her promotion to Senior Director of Student Services. Since joining Lovejoy ISD in 2012, Ms. Kranz has served our district in a variety of impactful roles, from classroom teacher to curriculum coordinator, employee development, and student services director. Her broad experience across both instructional and student services roles gives her a unique perspective on meeting the needs of our students, supporting our campuses, and strengthening our district as a whole. I am excited to see Ms. Kranz continue this important work as Senior Director of Student Services.

Regan Aguirre on his appointment to Director of Safety and Security. For the past eight years, Mr. Aguirre has faithfully served Lovejoy ISD as a School Marshal and Lead School Marshal, earning the trust and respect of our students, staff, and families. His extensive law enforcement background, leadership, and commitment to preparedness have played an important role in strengthening safety across our district, and we are grateful for his continued leadership. Mr. Aguirre's calm presence, servant leadership, and unwavering dedication have made him an invaluable member of the Lovejoy family, and we are excited to see him continue serving our community in this important role. 

These three leaders represent the very best of Lovejoy ISD. Their promotions reflect not only their professional excellence, but also the relationships they have built, the trust they have earned, and the positive influence they have had across our schools. We are fortunate to have each of them serving our district, and we look forward to the great work they will continue to accomplish in their new roles.
