Ms. Madison brings more than 10 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, public relations, and media relations. She most recently served as Executive Director of Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations for International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas), a free public charter school system serving more than 26,000 students across 26 campuses and headquartered in Richardson.

Prior to her role at ILTexas, Madison served as Director of Communications for CDS Life Transitions, a nonprofit organization in Webster, New York, that supports veterans, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Assignment Editor at WROC-TV in Rochester, New York, where she developed a strong foundation in journalism, storytelling, and community engagement.

Ms. Madison earned her Master of Business Administration from Indiana University in 2023.

As Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations, Ms. Madison will oversee the District's communication strategy, media relations, branding, digital communications, social media, and community engagement efforts while supporting Lovejoy ISD's mission of cultivating a community where every student grows with purpose, confidence, and integrity.
