Lovejoy ISD is proud to announce Candice Rebbe as Senior Director of Technology.

Ms. Candice Rebbe joins Lovejoy from Eanes Independent School District in Austin, Texas, where she most recently served as Director of Technology Services. In this role, she led districtwide technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, strategic planning, and technology investments. She also oversaw the district's annual technology operating budget and technology bond program, working closely with district leadership and campus administrators to align technology initiatives with instructional and operational priorities.

With more than 15 years of experience in technology, operations, and project management, Rebbe brings extensive knowledge and leadership in K–12 technology. Throughout her career, she has held positions including Event Technology Project Manager, Manager of Operations & Events, and Operations Manager, gaining valuable experience in technology implementation, budgeting, vendor relations, and organizational leadership.

Among her professional accomplishments, Rebbe has led a $3.5 million districtwide network modernization project across eight campuses and managed large-scale device refresh initiatives for students and staff. She has also overseen long-range technology bond planning, developed district technology standards, and collaborated with instructional leaders to support effective technology integration in the classroom.

Ms. Rebbe recently relocated to the McKinney area and looks forward to becoming an active member of the local community, both personally and professionally.
