Lovejoy ISD Athletic Director and Head Football Coach, Todd Dodge, is being inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. Coach Dodge’s significant accomplishments as both a player and coach have earned him this remarkable recognition. Coach Dodge is an incredible coach and an even better leader and person. Congratulations to our Boys and Girls Varsity and JV Cross Country Teams for becoming the District 9-5A Champions! This is the 18th year in a row Lovejoy Boys Cross Country has won both the JV and Varsity District Championship! In fact, they have been District Champions every year since the inception of the program!! The Lovejoy Girls Cross Country team swept the District Championship and had 2 PERFECT scores of 15 points! Both the JV and Varsity teams put 7 runners at the front, making this the best District finish Lovejoy has ever had!
