Forms for Furlough, Exit, or Appeal

A furlough from G/T services is available to students experiencing academic, social/emotional, or other challenges. A furlough, or temporary withdrawal from G/T services, is available for one semester or an academic year. Students not returning to G/T services may be considered for exit.

Appeals of placement decisions are considered if received in writing within 15 business days. Written appeals must be filed using the LISD G/T Appeal Form (below), and must include information supporting the appeal condition.The Level Two appeal decision is final; it is not appealable.
