Join us in celebrating Lovejoy alumna Averi Carlson, Class of 2021, on being named to the USA Volleyball U23 National Team!

Averi made her mark at Lovejoy as a 5A State Champion and the 2021 National Gatorade Player of the Year, and she now continues her incredible journey at SMU Volleyball.

Team USA opened the 2025 NORCECA Women’s U23 Pan American Cup with a 3-0 sweep over the Dominican Republic on Sunday in León, Mexico—with Averi running the U.S. offense and recording 8 digs in the win!

We’re so proud to see one of our own representing Team USA on the national stage! Once a Leopard, always a Leopard. ❤️🖤

Back 2 School Reminder! Lovejoy ISD is partnering with AlphaBEST After School Program to support community and staff needs for after school child care in grades Pre-Kindergarten - 6th Grade.

Benefits of AlphaBEST Afterschool Program:

* Pre-K-6th Grade After School Child Care

* Enrichment opportunities will be provided

* After school care will be extended to 6:30 PM

* Flexible options such as 5 day or 3 day options

* Students from HES, PES and SCIS will be transported to LCDC in order to access the after school programming.
