Dear Lovejoy Families,
In keeping with LISD’s practices to respond to COVID-19, we are notifying all families that an individual has tested positive for COVID-19. Due to privacy requirements, we will not be releasing the name of the individual or details about them. However, as a result, the volleyball game scheduled for this evening against Prosper ISD has been canceled.
Any students/staff who were identified as being in close contact are being notified individually.
Out of an abundance of caution, please continue to monitor your health and contact your primary care physician if you develop symptoms.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional information as needed.
