Biography

My name is Allison Claunch and I am delighted to be serving Lovejoy ISD as a Special Education Coordinator. I am entering my eighteenth year in education. I have served as a General Education Teacher, a Special Education Teacher, an Instructional Coach and most recently as an Assistant Principal for the past 5 years all in Frisco ISD.
 
I attended Texas A&M- Commerce where I received a Bachelors in Elementary Education. My Master’s degree in Educational Administration is from Lamar University.
 
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, trying new restaurants and shopping. The love of my life is my sweet little boy, Eli who turned three years old this summer.
 
I am so excited that he will join me as a leopard at the Lovejoy Child Development Center this year.
