Child care is provided for students from ages 18 months to 3 years old during the regular school year for children of employees and community members.

Prekindergarten is a program provided for children who turn 4 years old by September 1st of the current school year that is designed to promote both social and cognitive development before entering kindergarten.  Lovejoy ISD offers two pathways for students to participate in the prekindergarten program.
