Student Crisis Information

Mental health and wellness is an important component in each student reaching their full potential. To support the Lovejoy ISD mission "To propel every person to personal excellence," all staff is trained in basic suicide prevention and are prepared to respond when there is a student in crisis.  If a student is engaging in self-harm or suicidal ideation, staff will notify counselors and/or administrators.  Lovejoy ISD will conduct a risk assessment and notify parents of the outcome and next steps.
