Lovejoy ISD Parents and Guardians,
The LISD Safety and Security program is extremely grateful for your support! We believe that you play a significant and vital role in sustaining a positive safety and security culture within our district.
As part of our continued goal to "force multiply" our program efforts in all that we do, we kindly ask that you review the below talking points with your student(s) periodically throughout the school year.
School Bus Safety Talking Points
- ALWAYS wear and buckle your seatbelt
- Listen to and take guidance from your bus driver
- Stay seated at all times while the bus is in motion
- Only stand up once the bus has come to a complete stop
- Remember to be a great role model for other riders, and to always be Leopard Safe!

ALL teachers and staff have badges for door access. Even if you are familiar with them, don't open an exterior door!
