Lovejoy ISD Interview Process

Teaching Positions: 

 

In Lovejoy, we have a streamlined process for teachers.  This process is designed to allow teacher applicants the chance “to get to know” Lovejoy and the instructional philosophies and beliefs of the district. 

Step 1: Candidates visit the Lovejoy ISD website to apply for an open position(s). 

Step 2: Selected candidates will be invited to complete an online video interview and an automatic reference form will be sent. 

Step 3: Selected candidates will participate in a final callback interview with a hiring manager.

 

Once all four steps are completed, the hiring manager will make a recommendation to the superintendent

 

 

Support Positions: 

 

In Lovejoy ISD, we have a three-step process for hiring all of our support positions. 

 

Step 1: Candidates visit the Lovejoy ISD website to apply for an open position(s). 

 

Step 2: Selected candidates will participate in an interview with the position supervisor or supervisors.  

 

Step 3: Once steps one and two are completed, candidate references will be checked. 

 

Once all four steps are completed, the hiring manager will make a recommendation to the superintendent
